Welcome to cole-tac.com (the “Site”), operated by Cole-TAC LLC (“Cole-TAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of the Site

We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including colors, dimensions, and materials, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or images are error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at that price and will notify you if this occurs.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized reseller activity.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products, including custom suppressor covers, are built to the measurements, dimensions, and color selections you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to confirm your measurements and selections are correct before submitting your order, since these items are made specifically to your specifications. Contact customer service before ordering if you are unsure about sizing.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

7. Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges

Cole-TAC stands behind its gear with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. If you experience an issue with a product you purchased from us, contact our customer service team, and we will make it right.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds for reasons other than a manufacturing defect (such as an incorrect size or a change of mind) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer service before returning any item. Custom and made-to-order items built to your specifications may not be eligible for a refund or exchange for reasons unrelated to a defect.

8. Intended Use

Our products are accessories intended for lawful use by their owner in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of our products, and any firearm, suppressor, or other equipment they are used with, complies with the laws that apply to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Cole-TAC LLC or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
