1. Eligibility

The Varmint Wrangling Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the Sweepstakes page located at https://www.cole-tac.com/varmint-wrangling-giveaway/ or any other authorized page where the official entry form appears, and who are at least twenty-one (21) years old as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Cole-TAC LLC (the “Sponsor”), the Prize Providers named in Section 14, ViralSweeps, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers, and the immediate family members of and those living in the same household as each, are not eligible to participate.

The winner must be legally able to receive and possess each prize under all federal, state, and local laws where the winner lives (see Section 5). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as the decisions relate to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) on Friday, November 6, 2026, and ending Sunday, November 15, 2026. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. MT on Sunday, November 15, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the Sweepstakes site located at https://www.cole-tac.com/varmint-wrangling-giveaway/ or any other authorized page where the official entry form appears. To enter, provide your full name, email address, and state of residence, confirm you are 21 or older, and agree to these Official Rules. To be eligible to win a prize, the entry must meet all Sweepstakes requirements as specified. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

You may submit only one (1) base entry, and you must provide the requested information. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your entries may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Bonus entries. After submitting a base entry, you may earn optional bonus entries. Bonus entries are not required to enter or win.

Each action can earn bonus entries only once, for a maximum of one hundred fifteen (115) bonus entries per person. Following, subscribing, visiting a website, or answering a question is never required to enter or win, and bonus entries are awarded for whatever answer you provide.

Photo uploads. By uploading a photo, you represent that you took it or own all rights to it, that it features Cole-TAC products, and that everyone shown in it has agreed to its use. Photos may not show unsafe firearm handling, illegal activity, nudity, or offensive content. Sponsor may reject any photo at its sole discretion, which voids the bonus entries for that upload. Photos are not judged and do not affect odds beyond the bonus entries awarded.

5. Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive all of the prizes listed below. The total approximate retail value (ARV) is $4,705.16. Actual or appraised values may differ at the time of prize award.

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable, and no transfer or assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted.

Firearms. Firearms will be transferred through Cole-TAC’s federal firearms license (FFL). If the winner lives outside South Dakota, Sponsor will ship the firearms to a licensed dealer of the winner’s choice in the winner’s home state. The winner must pass a background check and meet all federal, state, and local requirements to take possession.

Suppressors. Suppressor transfers go through a licensed dealer in the winner’s home state, require a federal background check, and must comply with federal and state laws in effect at the time of transfer, including ATF Form 4 registration where required. Dead Air will ship the Mask HD 22 directly to a licensed dealer (FFL/SOT) of the winner’s choice in the winner’s home state. Suppressor ownership is prohibited in several states, including California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and Massachusetts. If the winner cannot legally own a suppressor where the winner lives, the suppressor prizes will be forfeited and will not be awarded, and no substitute prize or cash equivalent will be provided. The winner will still receive all other prizes.

Ammunition. Ammunition will be shipped in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Where the winner’s state requires it, the ammunition will be shipped to a licensed dealer or vendor for pickup, and the winner must meet all state purchase or background-check requirements.

Fees and expenses. Sponsor will pay FFL transfer fees (including the receiving dealer’s fee), background-check fees, and any NFA tax or transfer fees. All other prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize if required by law. If the winner fails a background check, is denied any required federal or state approval, or does not complete a transfer within ninety (90) days after it becomes available, that prize item is forfeited.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, under the supervision of Sponsor, on or about Monday, November 16, 2026. The winner will be notified by email, at the email address used to enter, within five (5) days following the winner selection. Sponsor expects to announce the winner publicly on or about Tuesday, November 17, 2026.

Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seventy-two (72) hours from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release (where lawful) and IRS Form W-9 as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The winner’s receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those governing the transfer of firearms and suppressors. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use, worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, your entry (including survey answers, uploaded photos, and submitted questions) and the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes and biographical information, as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation.

9. Terms

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or who violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and to void entries for any reason, including but not limited to the following reasons: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of those allowed by these Official Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from Sponsor. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Prize Providers, ViralSweeps, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from the following: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, including any firearm, suppressor, knife, or accessory; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (v) electronic or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. Any warranty on a prize is provided by its manufacturer, not by Sponsor.

11. Disputes

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Pennington County, South Dakota having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for the Sweepstakes, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that your name and email address will be shared with Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc., Vortex Optics, Volquartsen Firearms, Dead Air Silencers, and Montana Knife Company, who may contact you and use your information under their own privacy policies.

13. Winners List

To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the following address: Varmint Wrangling Giveaway; Cole-TAC LLC; 3350 Jet Drive; Rapid City, SD 57703, USA. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2026.

Prizes are provided by Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc., Volquartsen Firearms, Vortex Optics, Dead Air Silencers and Montana Knife Company (the “Prize Providers”). The Federal ammunition in the prize package was purchased by Sponsor; Federal is not a sponsor of, and does not endorse, the Sweepstakes.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, X (Twitter), Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this Sweepstakes and not to any of those platforms.
