Career Advancement
This role is a starting point, not a ceiling. Cole-TAC prioritizes promoting from within, and all of our leads and supervisors started here in entry-level production roles. As you build skill and experience, there’s a clear path to advance into different roles throughout the company, such as kitting specialists, floor leads, shipping coordinators, and customer service positions. Since our company is strongly rooted in the art of sewing and producing high-quality gear, we believe it is fundamental for every employee to develop those skills early.
